Conclusion of the contract

The products shown in our online shop do not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order. You add products to your cart, enter your delivery and payment details at checkout and see an overview of your order before submitting it. By clicking the button “Order and pay” you place a binding order. With this click we accept your order at the same time; the contract is thus concluded, regardless of the payment method you choose. We then confirm receipt of your order by email (order confirmation).

Identifying and correcting input errors

You can review and change your entries at every step of the checkout before submitting your order. You can cancel the ordering process at any time by closing your browser window.

We store your order data. With the order confirmation you receive by email the contract details, this customer information and the withdrawal policy, so that you can save and print the contract text. Before placing your order, you can save or print this page and the withdrawal policy using your browser. If you have created a customer account, you can also view your orders there.

We have not subscribed to any specific codes of conduct.

Prices and shipping costs

All prices are final prices and include statutory VAT. Shipping costs are shown on the product page and at the latest at checkout before you complete your order. For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes or fees may be charged by the authorities of the destination country. These are not included in the price shown and, where applicable, are payable by the recipient.

Delivery

We deliver to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom and United States.

Each product is printed for you after you order and shipped directly by our production partners. Delivery is made within 25 business days of the conclusion of the contract. Production takes 2–5 business days; shipping takes 3–20 business days, depending on the destination country and production partner. If items in one order are produced by different partners, you will receive them in separate shipments, at no additional shipping cost.

Copyright notice

The designs in this shop were created by Bram Tanamal and are protected by copyright (Section 2 of the German Copyright Act, UrhG). Under German copyright law:

Making the files or designs publicly available on the internet requires the author’s consent (Section 19a UrhG).
Reproducing the designs for your own products or other commercial purposes requires the author’s consent (Sections 15, 16 UrhG).
Adapted versions of the designs may only be published or exploited with the author’s consent – unless the new work keeps a sufficient distance from the original (Section 23(1) UrhG).
A T-shirt or other product you have bought belongs to you: you may wear it, give it away or resell it. However, you may not copy the design on it for new products.

Payment

You can pay by credit or debit card, PayPal, Klarna, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay and – depending on the delivery country – with local payment methods such as Bancontact, BLIK, eps, iDEAL | Wero and MobilePay. The payment methods shown to you may depend on country, device and order value; the selection at checkout is decisive.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a right of withdrawal in accordance with our withdrawal policy. We grant the right of withdrawal under our withdrawal policy to all consumers, regardless of where they live.

Statutory warranty (liability for defects)

Statutory liability for defects applies. If an item is damaged or defective, a photo sent by email to support@pureloveandjoy.com helps us handle it quickly with our production partners. We do not provide any guarantee beyond the statutory liability for defects.
