1. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the goods.

2. No right of withdrawal for certain products

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

• Supply of personalized products that are made to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs.
• Delivery of digital content if you have expressly agreed that the execution of the contract will begin before the expiry of the withdrawal period and you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

3. Declaration of revocation

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us ( Pure Love and Joy , email: support@pureloveandjoy.com ) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email).

4. Consequences of revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you all payments that we have received from you, with the exception of delivery and return costs , promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation.
We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction. Refunds may be withheld until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

5. Return of goods

The return shipment will be made to the return address of the respective manufacturer (e.g., Printful or Printify). You will receive the exact address during the return process.
You will bear the costs of return shipping.
