These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop "Pure Love and Joy." By placing an order, you acknowledge the following terms and conditions.

1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all contracts between you and Bram Tanamal, Hoherade 7, 20257 Hamburg, via our website pureloveandjoy.com . We do not recognize any deviating terms and conditions.

2. Contracting parties & conclusion of contract

The contract is concluded with Bram Tanamal, trading under the name "Pure Love and Joy." Our product presentations do not constitute a binding offer. You only make a binding offer by placing your order. Acceptance occurs through order confirmation via email or by shipping the goods.

3. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a right of withdrawal. Details can be found in our separate cancellation policy .

4. Prices & Payment

All prices include VAT. Any shipping costs will be shown separately during the ordering process. Payment is made using the offered payment methods (e.g., PayPal, Shopify Payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay). You can find more information at Shopify Payments and PayPal .

5. Delivery & Shipping

Our products are made to order and shipped directly by our partners Printful and Printify . Delivery times vary depending on the destination region. Pickup is not available. Digital products and vouchers are delivered via email or download.

6. Digital Products & Usage Rights

For digital content (e.g., print templates), you receive a simple, unlimited right of use for private use. Distribution or commercial use is not permitted. The transfer of rights occurs upon full payment.

7. Personalized products

Custom-designed products (e.g., with names) are excluded from the right of withdrawal. Please ensure that you provide correct information when ordering. We reserve the right to refuse orders that violate applicable law or ethical principles.

8. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

9. Defects & Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply. If you experience any defects, please contact us at support@pureloveandjoy.com .

10. Liability

We are liable without limitation in cases of intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health. We are only liable for simple negligence in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations. Beyond this, liability is excluded.

11. Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for three years and are transferable. Promotional vouchers are only valid for the specified period, are non-transferable, and cannot be combined with other vouchers. Cash payment is excluded.

12. Applicable law

German law applies. For consumers, this applies only to the extent that it does not restrict mandatory consumer protection regulations in the country of residence.
